Lawn Aeration

Soil can become compacted over time stopping the roots from getting the oxygen and nutrients needed.

That's why aeration is essential to the health of your lawn. Lawn aeration simply means punching holes throughout your lawn to about 3 inches deep. It breaks through a thatch layer and loosens-up compacted soil, enabling the root system to breath and allows oxygen, water and nutrients to reach the roots promoting healthy soil.

A few benefits of aeration...

  • Improves the health of your lawn by increasing air, water and nutrients.
  • Allows soil to decompress.
  • Promotes healthy grass-root growth.
  • Allows soil to absorb and hold more nutrients and moisture.
  • Allows fertilizer to penetrate into the soil and down to the roots where in needs to do it's work.

We are always happy to help and know just how important this process is to the overall heath or your grass.
